Refund policy
We have a 10-day online and 30 day in store return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns will be processed
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at thejewelers@ymail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or any item that has been altered in any way from original. Sizing is considered altered.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale, clearance items or gift cards.
Refunds
For items purchased in our showroom, exchanges or store credit on in-store purchases are accepted within 30 days. No refunds. Store credit will not be issued if the item is returned after 30 days from purchase date.
For items being purchased sight unseen (purchased online or over the phone), we gladly accept exchanges or store credit within 10 days from the time you receive your package. No refunds. All sales are final after 10 days. After those 10 days, store credit or exchange will not be issued. Items must be returned in their original condition with the original receipt.
